Glen Carlou's first Sauvignon Blanc. Riper fruit and lees contact add a creaminess to a wine richer than most examples of Sauvignon Blank. Fine integration of fruit and acidity makes for a sophisticated wine easy to enjoy by itself or with seafood. Bottle maturation will see this wine develop further, enhancing food versatility.
