Light straw-yellow in colour, with glints of green. The invigorating, salty bouquet, reminiscent of the fresh sea breezes caressing our vineyards, is complemented by delightful hints of green fig and petits pois. All in all a unique, terroir-expressive Semillon, yet with the waxy, lanolin character true to this variety. Recommended with monkfish on pea puree, seafood bisque or bouillabaisse.
