A complex wine with citrus aromas. Chardonnay is a versatile cultivar that is well adated to the warmer regions. Various wine styles can be produced from this with Brandvlei Chardonnay being unique with no wood maturing or contact. This result in a full and complex wine with lots of fruity bouquets. The grapes are harvested at higher sugar levels that produce the higher alcohol and fuller wines. Serve the wine cold and enjoy with spicey meals.
