The wine offers a deep plum red colour and is a richly aromatic. Whilst it remains accessible now, the wine will no doubt evolve in the bottle and it is definitely worth laying some down for a year or two. Showing superb ripe red fruit on the nose, the exuberant Shiraz/Viognier offers a spicy and peppery palate.
