Raka - Biography
On the nose this rich and deep coloured Shiraz reveals a lot of white pepper, cooked tomatoes and coriander seeds. A surprise of maple syrup and a hint of papaya! The palate has a great structure and approachable tannins. This full bodied spicy and earthy well balanced wine is suitable for rich meat and or cheese dishes. Beef or venison with creamy sauces or matured Gruyère cheese will be perfect partners.
