The 2004 Shiraz has been made in the traditional French Style and has been matured in small French oak barrels. It is an elegant wine showing typical smoky and peppery varietal characteristics.

Uninhibited bouquet with biltong, warmed plums and spice notes; fresh palate with persistent smoked-bacon tail. Friendly, well-managed tannins.
