Fresh, rich mulberry nose with hints of rosemary. Delicious, rounded flavours of dark berries, well integrated with smokey tannins and good length. A smooth and mouth filling wine, elegant enough for any occasion. HARVEST: 6 tonnes per hectare. Grapes were hand picked & sorted. Cold maceration, slow natural fermentation in open oak vats. Melolactic fermentation in barrels.
