Excellent colour extraction and rich stylistic flavour typify this cultivar-specific Pinotage. Upfront sweet berry shows with notes of vanilla spice and a complexity of herbs. Enjoy the wine with turkey in a rich berry coulis sauce, or roasted fillet of game meat, served medium-rare.
