Pinot Noir - Topaz

Passion was used to create this wine!  Making Pinot Noir is a true art form and this is a classic combination of fruit, wood and velvety mouth-feel.  This delicate example has classic Pinot Noir flavours.  Made with style and class, not easily dispensed of, but if you find yourself with a bottle, enjoy it!  Very little SO2 was used, so it still contains life forces, be careful!
