Withington
Medium depth core with blue tinged rim. Red berried, spicy nose with some herby notes. Fine texture in the mouth with supple tannins and notthe slightest bit of bitterness sometimes found with this variety in the Cape. Good structure. Dry, attractive, earthy finish. Great wine to accompany stews, roasts and braai.
