Zorgvliet launches Private Residence
Club
Johannesburg, Gauteng, 10 October 2007 - Zorgvliet Portfolio
is pleased to announce the launch of the
Zorgvliet Private Residence
Club.
The Zorgvliet Private Residence
Club has been established in order to make available a limited
number of memberships for Dinkweng Game Farm in the Waterberg, with
exchange opportunities at other upmarket and exclusive Zorgvliet
Portfolio destinations: the Zorgvliet Vineyard Lodge
& Spa
in the Cape
Winelands; Ka’Ingo Private Reserve & Spa in the Waterberg; the
King George Hotel on the Garden Route; and the premier Riviera on
Vaal Hotel & Country
Club.
According to Mac van der Merwe, Chief Executive:
Zorgvliet Portfolio, "Only 85% of the available occupancy of the
Dinkweng lodges is being sold to ensure flexibility for members. For
a fraction of the cost of a holiday home, members of the Zorgvliet
Private Residence Club can enjoy the peace of mind of trouble-free,
luxurious
accommodation."
The launch price for the first phase has been
set at R99 180 for 1 000 holiday points, which secures a week's
holiday per year for ten
years.
The fully-serviced, luxurious Dinkweng lodges
feature three double bedrooms, which translates into R236 per person
per day. After the ten-year period, the investor’s full purchase
price is credited if a new agreement is entered into. (A nominal
service fee of R140 per day applies, which covers cleaning,
consumables, water usage and
electricity.)
"Members can manage their holiday needs through
a simple central reservation system, which is supported by the Club
Member Service Team. The point system ensures capped costs and easy
exchange options over the ten years," adds Van der
Merwe.
As a member of the Zorgvliet Private Residence
Club, members also enjoy the 'best of Africa' vacation
options:
-
Dinkweng Game Farm The ultimate
Bushveld escape with its own splash pool, boma and Polaris

About Dinkweng Game Farm
Dinkweng Game Farm is situated in
the malaria-free Waterberg area of the Limpopo Province - the landscape
is typically bushveld. At just 35 kilometres from Vaalwater and a
three and a half hour drive from Johannesburg, Dinkweng offers
visitors a very mild and comfortable climate.
The farm is 950 hectares in size and
encompasses two distinct topographies, a flat area with savannah
plains and a mountainous area which encloses a water-rich valley. A
picturesque dam and watering hole in the valley is fed by a
rivulet.
This year, 12 units have already been
developed and the next phase of nine units will be developed in the
next 18 months. Each Dinkweng lodge has magnificent mountain views
and secluded positioning.
The existing lodges all have three bedrooms
with on-suite bathrooms, a huge comfortable living area, private
pool, braai area and bonfire facility. The lodges are fully serviced
and have their own six-seater Polaris 4X4 Ranger game viewing
vehicle.
Dinkweng also boasts a central communal area
featuring a TV lounge, business office with internet facilities,
tuck shop, braai area and facilities, swimming pool with extended
deck, garden and covered dining boma.
Dinkweng
Game Farm has a game management system in place with indigenous
game constantly being introduced including giraffe, kudu, impala,
waterbuck, eland, nyala, zebra and many more. The numbers and
species are managed according to sound ecological practices by Ka'Ingo
game management.
