no introduction. No winter is complete without the promise of a
warming dram of the infamous Dalla Cia Grappa. The Italian word,
Graspa is the term used to describe the husks left over from the
wine making process. The husks are distilled immediately after the
grapes have been pressed, to produce the concentrated aroma of this
distinctive spirit.
TASTING NOTES
A smokey, dark chocolate and vanilla bouquet with a slightly sweet
aftertaste due to wood maturation.
