ORDERING Wineweb.co.za accepts orders via our secure online eCommerce website. Your Shopping Cart will keep a running total of which wines you have chosen. Each time a product is added to your basket, it will appear in your Shopping Cart. You will also be able to adjust the quantity or remove products at anytime by clicking on View Cart. Please note that the minimum purchase may vary from 6 to 12 bottles, depending on how the wine has been packaged by the wine producer. When you have finished shopping for the day, click on Checkout at the top right of your screen. You will enter a secure shopping environment once you Confirm Order, where all your information will be encrypted to ensure your online transactions are secure. If you haven't already logged in, you will be prompted to do so now. Enter your details and click on Sign in. You will then proceed to the checkout. If it's your first time at Wineweb.co.za, please click on Continue under New Customer. Please complete your details & click on the Continue button. You will then be taken to the Checkout, where you can see your final order and review your shipping details.
CHECKOUT When you Checkout you can see your total order, and will be given the opportunity to supply us with or review your shipping details. By selecting your Shipping zone from the drop-down menu and clicking Confirm Order, you are declaring that you are legally entitled to purchase liquor. You will be asked to enter your payment details within a secure environment. Any cheques or bank transfers will need to be cleared in our bank before your order may be dispatched. Please review your details to ensure correctness before clicking on the Pay now button.
PAYMENT OPTIONS CREDIT CARDS
We accept Amex, Diners, Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card details (name on card, number, expiry date and last 3 digits of the number on the back of your card) will be requested on Paygate's page upon Checkout. Wineweb.co.za guarantees safe credit card transactions.
