Certified organic but produced by a bio-dynamic process. Intense crimson, garnet, red in colour. Well rounded tannins. A good accompaniment with red meat. Our family vineyard of 5,45 hectares, which has been involved in agro-biology (organic farming) since 1964, is entirely south facing and located on a clayey limestone hillside, with 50% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. It is cultivated in the traditional way, with natural, organic fertilizer and compost, and without any weed killer or GMO’s. Research and Application of BIO-DYNAMIC Farming: The fauna and flora are involved in the maintenance and cultivation of the vine, in order to obtain grapes of a very high quality, which are picked by hand. The process of vinification takes place in our cellar of several hundred years old, and is based on the age-old methods of the Bordelais vineyard.
