Beautiful salmon‐hued wine produced in the traditional, old world style, from grape to glass. Bouquet is rich and pure with red fruits up front and delicately smoky grilled notes behind. Fresh and full‐bodied on the palate with aromas of fresh strawberries and blackcurrant and Armand de Brignac’s characteristic long, silky finish. Ideal as an aperitif or served with fish, poultry, or blue cheese and fruity desserts.
VINIFICATION: Armand de Brignac Champagne Rosé is created by a complex process called assemblage, in which white wine is blended with12% still red wine, produced from old vines of Pinot Noir grownin the Champagne region specifically to produce Rosé Champagne. Grapes selected exclusively from Premier Cru and Grand Cruvineyards in the Le Marne region’s Montagne de Reims, Vallée dela Marne and Côte des Blancs terroirs. Only the top fraction of first wine pressing of our traditional Champenois Coquart press is used, for a high‐quality yield. Each Armand de Brignac cuvée includes a special 100% still wined osage aged 9 months in oak casks from Burgundy.
