Beautiful pale-gold Chardonnay Champagne produced in the traditional, old world style, from grape to glass. Bouquet is light and clear, with youthful fruit notes and floral accents. Remarkably delicate and pure structure, with a bright, clear onset and long, lingering finish. Overtly dry and crisp, with fine accents of the young Chardonnay grape and aromas of vanilla, citrus fruits, and dried apricots. A genuine expression of the soul of the Chardonnay fruit and a true experience of luxury. CRITIC ACCLAIM: Armand de Brignac has earned international acclaim from the world’s top wine critics. HERITAGE: Produced by the award-winning Cattier family, owners of Champagne vineyards for ten generations, since 1763 and rated “Excellent” in Parker’s Guide of Fine Wines. All production is overseen by master winemaker Jean-Jacques Cattier according to strict, family-secret traditions. Produced in limited quantities through a traditional, entirely handmade method by a staff of only eight people, each integral to the Champagne’s creation. CREATION: Armand de Brignac Blanc de Blancs is a premier example of the sparkling style’s most rare and enigmatic style, the 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs. Grapes selected exclusively from Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards in the Le Marne region’s Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs terroirs. Each Armand de Brignac cuvée includes a special 100% still wine dosage aged 9 months in oak casks from Burgundy. BOTTLES: Aged in a special section of the cellars, 119 steps (30 meters) underground, considered among Champagne’s deepest. Remuage (riddling) done by hand in traditional wooden racks; bottles are turned slightly by hand each day for a full month. Four genuine pewter labels are fitted to the brilliant antique silver bottle and polished by hand. Each bottle presents subtle differences in the tone, texture, and hues of the beaten metal. Packaged in a stunning black wooden gift box with velvet lining and nameplate certifying the bottle’s authenticity |
