Blanc de Blancs. 100% Chardonnay. The maiden vintage fourteen years ago was the first wine Philip Jonker ever made. And it ended up a wine made for his own wedding with Lindelize. The first corks were popped on the wedding day under an old oak tree in the Karoo. The Ring is a reminder of love and commitment. It shows ripe limey citrus, hints of honey and creamy lees characters elegantly woven together to create a complex yet elegant style.
